Faster than gravity
Reza Alipour was born in 1994 in Qazvin and is a former holder of the global speed climbing recession with a time of 5.48 seconds and is titled as Vertical World’s Fastest Man. Reza has been interested in this sport since the age of 9 by his cousin and quickly went through the stages of success and reached the national team of teenagers and youth and then adults. He now holds 21 world medals, including world championship gold and world tournament championships, and 6 Asian medals, including the Asian Games championship and the Asian Championship. In addition, in 2017, he was selected as the world’s top athlete in 2017 in non-Olympic disciplines by popular sentiments from all over the world and became the only Iranian athlete to reach this title. His dream is to reach the world record again, but this time a more enduring record that will not change for many years, a record not for his own name but for the name of Iran to remain immortal in this field. Rock climbing is his whole life and his interest in this sport is endless, but if his mother wants, he will leave it because he loves her very much. His coach did not give any plans to Reza from the age of 17 and considered him lacking the necessary talent and skills for this field, but Reza trained alone and without a coach and in much less facilities than foreign competitors, and went to the World Cup competitions at his own expense. Although he suffers from deprivation and neglect, but because he has a bigger dream than the thoughts of others and is the hero of his own life, he was born to try every day for the pride of his homeland and the happiness of his compatriots, and hi will not stop until the dream of breaking the record comes true again. These days, he is doing weight training to participate in world competitions and then the upcoming Olympics.

رضا علی پور متولد 1373 در قزوین و دارنده سابق رکود جهانی سنگنوردی سرعت با ثبت زمان ۵ ثانیه و ۴۸ صدم ثانیه است و به او لقب سریع ترین مرد عمودی جهان را داده اند.رضا از سن ۹ سالگی توسط پسر دایی خود به این ورزش علاقه مند و به سرعت مراحل موفقیت را طی و به تیم ملی نوجوانان و جوانان وسپس بزرگسالان رسید . اکنون دارنده۲۱ مدال جهانی از جمله طلای قهرمانی جهان و قهرمانی تورنمنت های جهانی و شش مدال آسیایی از جمله قهرمانی بازی های آسیایی و قهرمانی آسیا را دارد .علاوه بر این ها در سال 2017 توسط آرای مردمی از سراسر جهان بعنوان برترین ورزشکار جهان در سال ۲۰۱۷ در رشته های غیر المپیکی انتخاب وبه تنها ورزشکار ایرانی بدل شد که به این عنوان می رسد. رویای او رسیدن دوباره به رکورد جهان است اما این بار رکوردی جاودانه تر که تا سال های سال دست خوش تغییر نشود ، رکوردی نه برای نام خود بلکه برای نام ایران تا دراین رشته جاوادن بماند
سنگنوردی همه زندگیش است وعلاقه اش به این ورزش بی حد و حصراست اما اگر مادرش بخواهد آن را کنار می گذارد چرا که او را خیلی دوست دارد. مربیش از سن 17 سالگی دیگر برنامه ای به رضا نداد و او را فاقد استعداد و مهارت لازم برای این رشته می دانست اما رضا به تنهایی و بدون مربی و در شرایط بسیار کم امکانات تر نسبت به رقبای خارجی تمرین کرد و با هزینه شخصی به مسابقات جام جهانی رفت . اگر چه از محرومیت و بی توجهی رنج می برد اما چون رویایی بزرگ تر از افکار دیگران دارد و قهرمان زندگی خودش است ، زاده شده تا هر روز تلاش کند برای سربلندی وطن و خوشحالی هم وطنانش و تا واقعی شدن رویای زدن رکورد دوباره دست از تلاش بر نمی دارد و این روزها در تمرینات سنگین برای حضور در مسابقات جهانی و سپس المپیک پیش روست
